When we arrived here I didn't really know what to expect. I knew we were doing a travel guide for guys but it has been amazing, we covered so much, not just the beaches and beautiful women but also the all the night life.

Rio has a great vibe, everyone is happy and dancing all the time. Night life here is really good but you need to know what you can find, like when we went to a Brazilian Funk night which was the best night ever. It was like a funky booty call, all the girls were dancing with they're butts. Me and Rebekah learned to shake our booty Brazilian funk style. I didn't think I would be able to learn but I surprised my self and we danced all night and worked up a serious sweat.

During the day there is loads to do, you don't just have the beach, you should go to Sugarloaf Mountain, Cocovado, jungle trekking and do a jeep tour. It is a great package of action stuff as well as being able to chill out

Rebekah and I were judges at The Girl From Ipanema Competition. It was very hard to do, the girls were all stunning and being judgemental about other women's bodies was very strange.

Rio is a great place for a lads holiday because it would be really hard to get bored, its packed with gorgeous women, lots to look at and the atmosphere is great, its just party, party, party and that's what lads want. They love to look at beautiful women and its available on a plate here. Its a great place especially during carnival, if you come to Rio you have to see the Carnival.

We did a shoot at sunset on the beach which was like something out of Baywatch. We had The Lads Guide painted in florescent paint on our backs which looked fab but it was water proof and it took ages to get off.
I have fallen in love with Rio, its a real paradise, there are loads of amazing things to do, the nightlife is fantastic, the girls are gorgeous and its party, party, party. Its the best trip I have ever been on.

The Lads Guide To Rio DVD may sadly prove to be the last time Rachel will be seen stripping off and showing the world her stunning swimsuit model body and those amazing breasts. She modelled for hundreds of companies throughout her career a few of which include: Perfect 10, Agent Provocateur, Vogue, Wochenend, The Daily Star, Ann Summers, Front Magazine, Blitz Illu, VW, Penthouse, The Sun, Bild Zeitung, Porsche, Vavoom, Fast Car, People, High Society, Wanadoo, Suzuki, Eurotrash TV and the original lads magazine, Loaded. Rachel also released a record, Return To Ibiza and was a glamourous casino girl in a James Bond movie.
