Terms and Conditions
The Lads Guide To Rio is Region 0 and will play on a domestic DVD player with either PAL and NTSC Television systems. However use on PC or MAC computers is not warranted. Please note one side of the disc is PAL and one side is NTSC as described on the disc. If you can not play the disc turn it over.
Postage is by standard mail in the UK and by international airmail to the rest of the world. Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days and however please allow upto 28 days for delivery. If delivery is very urgent or you wish to use tracked secure delivery please select the Fedex postal option.
In the event of a faulty disc please return it to us with a short note explaining the fault at the address listed below. Once the disc has been examined for faults a replacement will be sent out to you.
